This weekend I just hung out with my family on Friday. Then Saturday I thought I had dance practise but my dance teacher is still at vacation. So I went shopping with my mom. Sunday is the Super bull so my mom and dad are going out, and my sister and I are having our friends over. My sister is having her best friend Frances and I am having my best friend Laura over.

Yesterday we went skiing and snowboarding. I went skiing, it was a lot of fun. The first time we went which was last week I got two checks and one dot, the dots mean that you can go on the bigger hills. And yesterday when we went I got two dots which meant that I could go on any of the hills. There were some steep hills but I did it.

Today there was no D. I because there was exams. So there wouldn't be many people in the classes. In gym we played basketball and did drills. Tonight for homework I have blog, reading, history, and book review.

Today we went snowboarding and skiing. I went skiing for the first time ever, it was really fun. I'm really excited to go skiing again next Thursday. Hopefully I will be allowed to go on the big hills next time.

Today after gym we went to the activity room and watched the inauguration. The United States has the first black president. Everyone said it was history today. Am not sure if my family is coming this Wednesday because of the bad weather. If they do come they will be bringing me a new mirror because mine broke.

Today we had swimming at two o'clock because there was an all staff meeting. I'm reading a book called mirror image and I'm doing it for a book report. It's a pretty good book, it's about this girl named Sabel. And she doesn't like this girl named Lasey. They have to do this project and they had to put a quote on a mirror. And Sabel and Lasey had to be partners.

This weekend I didn't really do anything. I had dance on Sunday, for 1 hour and a half. I wont have dance for 3 weeks now because my teacher is going on a vacation. So the weekend she comes back we are going to have 2 practises, on Saturday and Sunday. I am going to be wearing some new clothes again this week because I got alot of clothes for Christmas.

The first week back from Christmas break

Today in gym I did 22 lengths, so I got my goal. My goal is 19. I don't have that much homework tonight. I just have blog, reading, reading my novel and math. Tonight is moving night, I don't know what the movie is going to be because the counselors are picking.

Today in lab we did extract annotations. To do that you go into Kurzweil, go to file, and the drop-down will say extract annotations, then you click on that. Then a gray box will come up, click on the color that you highlighted that you need. After all that, you click OK and a box will show your word or sentence that you highlighted, then you highlight the word or sentence, then drag it into where you want it. And that is how you extract.

Christmas break

The Christmas break was really good. I hung out with my friends and family. My best friend and I exchanged gifts. She gave me PJs and I gave her two shirts. Christmas Day my family opened presents and had breakfast. Then we got ready to go to my Nana and Granddad's to have our Christmas there. When we got to my Nana and Granddad's we open presents and had dinner. Then my sister and I slept over at my Nana's with my cousin Sarah. My cousin slepts over at my Nanas because she lives in Toronto, also because it is a tradition. Then the next day we had brunch. Then we went to my Aunties to do the others side of the family's Christmas. We had dinner and open presents. For Christmas I got a straightener, lots of clothes, a blow dryer, and other things. Then we went to my cousin's new house to sleep over. The next day my parents came and took us home. On New Year's I went to my friends house and went to a dance with all our friends. Then went to a party at one of my other friends houses.
